Frequently Asked Questions

For reservations, simply visit our office to have the date/ time and venue blocked for you. If you are not based in Angeles City, please call our office to arrange transaction. Deposits can be made via bank to bank.

A Php 10,000.00 or 25% of your total catering bill is needed to make your reservation.

Uni-Chefs Terms and Conditions:

  1. Uni-Chefs Catering guarantees Food & Service up to number of guests reserved.
  2. Uni-Chefs will set up Facility up to number of guests reserved.
  3. In case of additional guests, menu will be on the discretion of Uni-Chefs upon client’s approval.
  4. Uni-Chefs shall charge the client the minimum guaranteed or actual number of guests whichever is higher.
  5. No additional food is allowed other than catered food except for dessert & Lechon.
  6. A minimum of Php 10,000.00 or 25 % of total Catering bill as reservation fee for Uni-Chef's Catering. Reservation fee is non refundable upon cancellation of Uni-Chefs Catering Services. Another 25% downpayment must be forwarded upon signing of contract by client. Initial deposit will be credited to the total catering bill. The balance of 50% of total catering bill must be forwarded by client 10 days before the function. Other incidental charges incurred may be settled right after the function in cash.
  7. No Service Charge for in-house Catering. However, an additional Service Charge + VAT will be added for off premise catering.
  8. The air conditioned Teresa Reception Hall shall be used up to maximum of 3 hours party time. Excess hours will be charged Php 2,000.00 / hour or a fraction thereof. Teresa Hall Main 2nd Floor excess hour will be charged Php 1,500.00 / hr.
  9. Clients are not allowed to bring any beverage except wine or liquor. See Corkage Fee.
  10. All Menus include 1 round of 8 oz. Glass of ice tea. For Additional Beverage requirements, see Bar Charges.
  11. Change in date & time will automatically forfeit your reservation fee.
  12. In the event client needs to use the venue before the actual function, client has to provide a written letter of request at least 1 week before the requested date. Uni-Chefs will confirm only 2-3 days before the requested date, depending on the availability of the venue.
  13. Management will not be responsible for any damage or losses of guests valuables.
  14. For In-House Catering, prices VAT inclusive.
